A very rare few index wheels are made out of Paliney 7 which are silver in color and were made by Bulova Timer Labs ! REMEMBER YOU SEEN THESE HERE FIRST !!! In the picture below is a standard Beryllium Copper 214 Index Wheel (below left) which was used in ALL Bulova Accutron 214 wristwatches from 1960 to 1977 and a very rare example of a Paliney 7 214 Index Wheel (above right) which was made by the Bulova Timer Labs for exclusive use in all the Bulova Timer Labs clocks, times, and timer switches and also the Accutron 214 based Marine Navigators which were made by the Bulova Timer Labs... Seen below is a standard Bulova Accutron Beryllium Copper 214 Index Wheel, Depending on the light source used the index wheel will have a "copper" to "brass" color to it... And below is a Bulova Timer Labs Paliney 7 214 Index Wheel, Which always has a silver color to it...
